Responsive Live Chat CSS Issue & Page Location Issue

The live chat isn't displaying properly on a bootstrap website. It's appearing on the top but when it comes to the desktop view, it looks perfectly fine on the bottom right. Possible to gear towards like how zopim.com handle it's css?

Secondly,
For non-responsive , would it be possible for me to scroll to the top automatically because if user select when they are somewhere at the bottom of the page, the chat gets loaded at the top but the user is still at the bottom.(Mobile)
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

1. It's responsive stuff so it appears at the top.
2. This one you will have to do yourself smile

As I see zopim just opens chat window in a new window if it's mobile. I will consider making some changes, meanwhile you can just disable responsive stuff in chat embed code generation window.

Re: Responsive Live Chat CSS Issue & Page Location Issue

Hi,

Okay thank you , well if it's on click and loads another page for it , it works fine too. IT would be better. For now i'm considering directing to another page then use a page instead of widget live chat instead.

Lastly , Just curious , Because i tried placing this chat onto 2 different sites with the same code but i get the following
URL of page from which user has send request:
//http://email.domain.com/c/aT02YmFiYTg0MzU5YWQ2MDFmNWI5YWJlMjAxMjY1Nzk2NiU0MGV4cHJlc3Nvd2wuY29tJmg9Yjk4NzY3NDAxN2RmZTMwOGUxY2NkMmVlYTE5ODg3ZTcmcj1jb250YWN0JTQwYmxvZ3Nob3BzdHJlZXQuY29tJmQ9MTJhMzkmbD1ibG9nc2hvcHN0cmVldC5jb20lMkZmZWVkcw

How can i fix that? Be good if i at least know where the form was sent from , which domain :3

Thanks!

Re: Responsive Live Chat CSS Issue & Page Location Issue

Notification about new chat does not contain information about domain. Then you accept chat you will see all info and user domain. But i ques you want to know from what domain it was send before accepting a chat?

I want to know the domain if the user fills in the "No operator in available" form. So when i receive the email i know where it was from.

Do you see in your mail something like?
URL of page from which user has send request:
{url_request}

If not you are mixing something...
