Windows Client Help!

Hello, good afternoon.

My name is Steven,

I have a question about the windows client application, i have successfully installed the Live Helper Chat software but installing the windows client will not let me sign, can not understand why no !. I've read the installation document but I still find the problem.

The installation path is as follows:

http://domain.com/helper-chat/lhc_web/i … ite_admin/


In the part of "Host" income the previous URL with the / users but will not let me access :(

Could help me and tell me what is my mistake, please.

You should provide path to desktop client like

http://domain.com/helper-chat/lhc_web/

No need site_admin part

Remdex, just put the patch as I give you telling me to connect and nothing happens, but try the URL, username and password of your demo and if I connected.  sad  sad

Sorry, that means something not right in your instance... Without personal look i really cannot tell..

Sorry, but I don't do issue debugging for free. I would not have time otherwise at all in my day...

There is commercial support and issue debugging is 20$, half hour. Most of the time it's enough to identify the problem.

1. Also you can try to point your browser to http://example.com/index.php/xml/checklogin you should see
{"result":false} as response. Make sure that your server does not redirect anywhere this request.
