Hi,
I have some suggestions.
1) Would it be possible for us to reply to form submits e.g. Offline submitted form directly form this platform? You may associate it to the chat , so potentially it's possible to see the history of the user with more details.
2) If we decide to close a chat , possible to give it a status? e.g. Closed/Solved , Closed/Pending Solution , this way we can once again manage the user just incase some stuff requires more time to handle.

Hi,
Just fill github feature request. These solved, pending solution stuff should not be mixed with default chat statuses. I'm not going to change that. Just perhaps one day add some labels, flags to chat in general where user himself could manage this part.
