Installing Love Helper gives me no permission eror

Hello

On the index.php/install/install/

I get:

You do not have permission to access module "install" and use "install" function               

I gave the folder 777 full permission, now it crushed full crash

I returned to 755, I keep getting: You do not have permission to access module "install" and use "install" function

I also Uploaded a new clean version, this time I got, and I had got it before:
