Tip update

Let me make a suggestion to update. If possible allow multiple attendant to connect.
I work alone, but would have to impress showing that many online servers.
Would create a 5 attendants online and the moment that is being requested service foce done alternation of attendants.

Do you think that is possible?

I think what Tiago is trying to say is....
He'd like his website / frontend to show X number of operators available even though he is the only person managing the site.  This would give visitors the impression that there is always someone (or multiple someones) ready to assist.
Basically it would just be a list of fake operators but any chat request would go to him.
I can understand the purpose behind his request.  As a small business, sometimes potential clients will discriminate against you because they believe that if you only have one or two employees you must not be able to deliver a good product or service.  Having a list of fake operators ready to assist would make it appear that you have more employees than what you actually do.

Well, where this number should be shown? From Jessie i understood it can be like. 5 operators online, and what is Tiago Caus idea? another idea can be just create a custom theme and write any title you want there.
