So after finally figuring out things I keep running into a simple problem.
I go to install and it brings me to my mysql setup: http://domain.com/livesupport/index.php/site_admin/install/install
when I complete that it takes me to an 404 page, link reads:http://domain.com/index.php/site_admin/install/install/1
If you noticed it completely misses the install_path redirection of subfolder "/livesupport/How can I set it so it knows to always use the subfolder?
I've searched both forums and nothing was found. I know it's something simple... can I set that manually?
It's something with your server enviroment. You can try to read http://livehelperchat.com/godaddy-configuration-tutorial-avoiding-no-input-file-specified-error-119a.html it's similar godaddy issue.
In any case, server should not return 404 error. Is
cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1
enabled in your server enviroment?
