Is it Possible to hide the Navigation page for Non-admin users
i would like to hide this navigation bar when users are non-admins... is it possible?

At the moment not. I will think about it. And i suggest update to new version, it has nicer top bar. So some items will be hidden automatically after removing permissions i ques

Just read site news. Like I'm not sure what version do you have. You can see by your site doc/changelog.txt
