Error during installation

Hi,
Thanks for such a nice script. But I am not able to install it in my server. I am getting following error - 
502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.
I have downloaded latest code , but no luck.
What I have done for installing -
1. Uploaded the lhc_web content to my server folder (in sub domain)2, Tried to access as mentioned in documentation http://livehelperchat.com/article/view/46 http://<install_domain>/<install_path>/index.php/install/install/.  I am getting error mentioned above.
