CHATS LIST
Hi
In Chats list, in any list, you have option to search and print. But, it prints only the chat history. Is there any option using which along with the chat history, I can also print the email and phone no entered by user who visited my website..
Also, how can I change the validation for phone no from 8 digit to 10 digit..
Please do help..

I ques your first issue is related to https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues/435
As for second one. You can fill github feature request to have managable min phone length.
Also if you do not want to wait you can use chat export api and have any data you want

I tried using the export API but its giving me error as "Invalid hash", I am using the hash from my configuration only..

That's means you calculated hash incorrect.

Actually, I would like to know how to calculate hash, I didn't do anything, it was already in the configuration..

Thanks for replying.
Actually I am already using this tutorial, but as it specifies the secret hash is found in chat configuration. I am using the hash as it is and trying to use the chat export api, but it gives the output as invalid hash.
Please do help. I have also attached a screenshot of the configuration from my chat below.
