You do not have to create an identifier it's used if chat same instance is used in different domains.

Embed code genreation is in configuration

In configuration I have live help embed code, FAQ embed code, Questionary embed code and chat box embed code only

You have to use "Live help embed" => "Widget embed code"

Just quick tip. If you created invitation rule already.

While generating javascript code. You have to check "Check messages from operator" if not checked proactive check logic will be checked only once per pageview. If checked it will check does logic applies every 15 seconds or so.

And basically that's all

every thing is ok now. While generating javascript code, I am getting code for "live help is online" widget. kindly clarify.

I am getting matched times as 28. It increase by 1 when I was in the page.
Here the problem is while generating java script code, I am getting "Live help is online" code. kindly help in that.

I made sure everything was set to true (1). But I still am not having
any luck getting to work. I set up 2 test one with a time limit and
another with the number of visited pages. I also added an identifier
and updated the widget code.

1. You do not have to use identifier at all, because you are using same domain.

yes. After doing this i generated the widget code and paste it in my page it overwrites the "Live help is on online widget".

Thanks a ton. Finally i got the chat invitation. But few time its opening automatically and few time its not.
Is it browser problem?
