How do we open chat window from JS/Jquery?
Hi
I want to open chat widget via javascript/jquery..
I tried calling :
lh_inst.lh_openchatWindow();
tried
$("#lhc_status_container").lh_openchatWindow();
nothing works.
Any advise?

Hi,
It has to be onclick="return lh_inst.lh_openchatWindow()" if it does not work. That means you have not included javascript itself.

Alright, I get it.
To do it purely by code:
function openChat(){
lh_inst.lh_openchatWindow();
}
also works.
