execute doc/update_db/update_43.sql......... this is a step in upgrade which you mentioned past days... How I do this execute dude... Now I need file upload for chat very urgently... So Please help me ASAP...

Just in your phpmyadmin choose live helper chat database and upload this query file.

Ok dude but where i get that update_43.sql file .. In my current folder there is only upto update_42.sql file... Please send me that /update_43.sql file and also steps after upload that sql to my phpmyadmin....

Sorry, but all required information is at site. update files are location in doc folder database subfolder. Also you have to udpate your version from github. Like there actually are now 43 and 44

Thanks dude. I completed file upload successfully. Only user can upload file and the operator can't upload file. In settings i checked check boxes. . .

Try clearing cache. And make sure in file settings is checked that operators are allowed to upload filed

I tried that too. In settings I checked check boxes for both operators and users. When the operator uploads the file, it loaded as users name. kindly specify it.

Ok, in general i again do not understand what excatly does not work, if what make screenehot and upload it to github, but you have to reproduce it on our demo.

Kindly check out ths screenshot. In this screenshot red color file was uploaded by user and red color file was uploaded by operator. But both the uploads were named as user name. kindly clarify
if the screenshot is not clear, I have attached that image for you.
