Unable to create Pro active chat invitations

when i click "save" or "update" button,there will be a whilte page and anything found in mysql database (table "lh_abstract_proactive_chat_invitation")

no any error msg.

and i found the bread crumb link is wrong in the create  Pro active chat invitations page.

HOME /  SYSTEM CONFIGURATION /  PRO ACTIVE CHAT INVITATIONS(this link to /root/index.php/site_admin/abstract/list/EmailTemplate)  /   NEW

Not producable on demo.livehelperchat.com == no way to fix

i'm sorry? no way to fix? i just want to know what caused this issue. my server or ..?

i try doing this manipulate on demo.livehelperchat.com ,its work ok.

If it works on demo, that problem somewhere in your server. Try to see error log of apache.

Also did you do update? or fresh install?
