Problem with spammy System-Assistant Messages

Hello,

i've got a problem, every time a chat is incoming i see the following System-Assistant Mesages in the Chat-History. They become even more when i waited to long before accepting the chat. Ist it possible to disable these messages?

Ok, i understood atleast, half this happens then chat is automatically transfered to some department, I ques you configured automatic transfer incorrect.

In particular case, automatic transfer is done that way that transfer is done to the self department smile

Thank you!
That was the problem! I've turned
the automatical transferring off and now the messages are gone.
