SMTP Settings

Hi Dude,

I got the test mail successfully. But when the operator goes offline, the operator didn't get the mail while the user chats in the website.

Sorry, no idea.
Was you using notification about new pending chats?
or were you using leave a message functionality?

Also if you used informing about pending chats, you have to check in department how you want to receive notifications about pending chats.

One more thing. If you changed your admin account e-mail, check that mail templates does not have an old recipient. Example URLhttp://demo.livehelperchat.com/index.php/site_admin/abstract/list/EmailTemplate
