Problem with instalation 1st step

Hey!

I want to install live helper chat on my subdomain. I sent all files to server, edited CHMOD, I have enabled all needed php modules, and when I click "Next" button, page just refresh.

All list items is "green", look at picture attachment.

What's wrong?

I ques something with your server configuration because here all works. Without personal look I cannot tell. Issue debuging is min 20$, if it's bug it's free in any case.Make sure that your server has set.

cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1

Hi, thanks for fast reply.

I have cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1 and still not working. I don't know where is issue.
Maybe I must find other live chat script, but I know this is the best.
