I am confused as to the configuration of XMPP

i believe i have the auto setup with oauth, but i am unsure how to configure xabber (or maybe google hangouts works too) to make this work.
any suggestions would be great, your instructions for the setup of the server end seems to be fine.

Hi,

In general XMPP, GTalk, Jabber they are just providers for notifications services. It all depends on you how you configure them. Let say if you are using gtalk service in xabber you just have to add your gmail account and that's all.
