Listing online operators issue

Hi!
In verson 1.49 i have added a feature for my operators: Allow user to see logged operators list (userlistonline)
a black chat bubble icon appeard on the main screens chat tabs, and shows online operators.
now i am using v 1.56 but this function is not working. same bug with the latest version.

cleaning cache did not helped

The problem is, that the logged in operators can't see other online operators. as the attached picture show, ther should be  a list of online operators, after the "Allow user to see logged operators list (userlistonline)" function is enabled for the operators group.
but in the latest LHC, nothing happens after i give this "function" to the operators.

Just two things.

1. do you see this online operators list?
2. Oprators can see only operators from their own department. If your operators does not have access to other operators they won't see other operators.

If second case it the reason, let me know and just fill github issue with feature request.

Ok,

1. I mean do you see operators icon. If i understood correctly from your screenshot you see.
2. There i mean that operator can see his own department operators. If you wish to have option to see all operators fill issue in github with feature request.

I need to be more precise

Ok so let me make this clear.  the screenshot was taken from a v1.49 LHC system. And the black icon is wisible there, and it shows the logged in operators correctly.
The problem is, that i have updated to the latest version of LHC, and i went to HOME/SYSTEM CONFIGURATION/LIST OF ROLESROLE EDIT - OPERATORS and added "Allow user to see logged operators list (userlistonline)" function to the operators group.
But nothing happens, the black icon does not appear

Sorry in that case cannot help, because here all works.

Just do you have a http://demo.livehelperchat.com/index.php/site_admin/chat/editchatconfig/list_online_operators in your enviroment value 1 here?

List chat configuration -> "List online operators, 0 - no, 1 - yes."

Well I installed the same 1.49 version on the same host, where i managed to "turn on" the online operator list,  but the operator list won't show up

As i wrote before on my demo environment all works with 1.67 version. So nothing i can do about that

no matter where do i make a fresh install, operators can't se eachother, nor the admin

Can you send to my personal mail your instance admin logins and one of the operators? I could see it. But it's gone be 100% your problem. Like 99% procents of other users
