Where can I change this chat message?

Which *tpl file is this text located?  it is populated in the Chat box header when a user initiates a new chat.  I need to customise the text.
"Pending a support staff member to join, you can write your questions, and as soon as a support staff member confirms this chat, he will get your messages"

Make sure you create an override and do not modify it directly.
