Can not connect Windows client with server listening at non standard port 8080

Hi all,
I configured successfully LHC on my server  working at port 8080. Everything works fine using web client with the URL http://myserver.mydomain:8080//lhc_webThe problem is I can not connect the windows client using the same url. I tried both "http://myserver.mydomain:8080//lhc_web" and "myserver.mydomain:8080//lhc_web".How to configure the windows client for accessing the LHC server at 8080 port?Thanks in advance

Hi,

Well if you cannot login that means desktop client does not support non standard ports, the end of story. You can try just play around with QT and try to add it.

Just use the Link of your Chat support in the windows client to access http://yourdomainname.com/support/  and don't use 8080 to access with windows client.
try this it works.

http://yourdomain.com/support/  use your URL link in the Host to access with Windows client software.
It works
