Mobile Apps

I'm using Livehelperchat on my web. It's a great product for live chat. It has windows desktop apps, I've an idea, maybe someone can build the same software on android or ios? so we can have apps on mobile which will always on like on desktop apps with notification? thanks.

Re: Mobile Apps

it's the good idea but in new version has support google talk, xmpp and email you config that to auto send messeng when the guest need to help.for example: ios&android you setup google talk or jivebee login your google acount ( jabber acount) , In admin manager livehelperchat you config it. (http://livehelperchat.com/xmp-gtalk-xabber-configuration-and-support-222a.html)
i think mobile apps take more time and not usefull

Re: Mobile Apps

no, what i mean is mobile apps (android or ios) that works exactly like windows app, connect directly to our own server,so we can talk directly to our client like using desktop apps, so not just notification only. it's very useful, zopim and others that app can do that. i don't know which one is simpler doing via jabber or xmpp or directly native app like windows one.
