Sidebar form not showing with another form on page

hi remdex, is there a reason why, a livechat embed in the sidebar does not show when I have another live chat box in the main body? e.g. http://www.abbeycarefoundation.com/alcohol-drug-rehab/

At the moment i see help box on the right bottom corner in your site.

Thanks, what I mean is the form is the RHS sidebar is not showing, whilst the in-page at the footer, is showing - is there a reason for this?

You have already placed one embed code at the bottom of page. It can be only one per page.

This was one of the things I faced wanting to put the live chat corner popup thing  at the bottom and then a live chat button in the header at the top, and only one or the other would work.
