HI,
I have a doubt about the chat window, if the user wants to contact with the operator, they entering with user name and email id then leave a message to the operator,so the operator knows chat with whom.,my doubt is .., if the user unfortunately disconnect the chat window, you people provide resume chat button., but if the user disconnect the browser then again come to the chat , that time the user entering with same name and email id., but in the operator side the request going to pending chat till the operator accept the request, like the new user wants to chat ..,but the same user already chat with operator previously.,
* In operator side why does the users separate by id, even the same user entering with same email id while live chat on-line again ?
* how does the user review their previous queries after disconnect the chat window?

1. User starts new chat in every case unless he clicks resume chat button.
2. He can't if he has closed a chat unless again clicks resume chat button.
