need to custormer edit "getstatus" on local language

when i upgrade new vesion then i edit this file "design/defaulttheme/tpl/lhchat/getstatus.tpl.php" for local language , it's always Live help is online....I think we need to edit that on the config laguage or embedcode.thanks alot

Hi,

1. You need to create an override not modify original file.
2. You have to disable cache while making changes to see them live.
3. Clear cache and enable cache after you finished your modifications.
