seeking answer of 2 question regarding LHC
hello all...
i want to ask that how i can enable chat on same window as whn my customer click on chat it opens to new window..
2nd question is .. when i send message to online visitor it doesnt display to customer without page refresh.. plz help me out

1. Choose what should happen during widget click. "On a mouse click show the page widget"
2. Debug your server.

There is full documentation on site.
Regarding page refresh, enable browser debuger firebix or chrome native debuger and see what returns request.
