Widget Height

Hi,
in the Widget Embed code is possibile to set the Height for the widget but how this work?

I explain better, i think the widget is not higth when chat is accepted so i want the visitor can have more space for read the conversation text with the operator.
I try to set the widget heigth to 600 but widget don't change the size.. so

i want made the text area more higth
is not correct set the widget more higth?

I see nothing change if higth of the widget is 400 or 600

You have to override and change it in css.

Oh.. and what good is specify the height of the widget if he stays the same?

I'M not able to override and change css.. so i will stay as now.. if in the feauture can be an option to choose, edit this from widget template i will do.
I was hoping to solve with the field "height widget" but it does not.
