about the chat hitory in different departments

Hi:
I have two departmens, a-depar and b-depar, different deparment id are assigned in js args,two operators a-op and b-op are assigned to the two departments separately, a logged vistor with a uuid chat with the two departments ,then the chat history can be seen in both departments by a-op and b-op, so I wonder if there is any way for the operators to see the chat history in ther own department.

Hi,

If I understood correctly you are talking about that clock icon operator can click and see previous chats/messages if not can you paste screenshot? I'll see next week.

Thanks for your reply, I dont know about the clock icon operator, is there any guide about it?  Then my enviroment is like this, different page in the web site has different function and should served by different department ,then like the case in the picture, the aaa-cs and bbb-cs are operators in two different department, then the visitor chat with bbb-cs first,then he goto another page and chat with aaa-cs, then the aaa-cs can see the chat history which the visitor chat with bbb-cs, so what I concern about is that if there is any way that different department have their own chat history by the same visitor?

Update to https://livehelperchat.com/4.12v-variou … -665a.html and should be fine. Operator will see that messages were hidden and can continue to move through chat history.

I have updated, seems there is a lock in the chat history for previous department, I think it's worked for me!!!
