Run bot online and offline mode

Hello, I created a bot with buttons, and I would like this bot to always run for the first time, both for online and offline mode. I couldn't find anything in the documentation that demonstrates this. Maybe I missed it at some point. Can you help me?

If you assign bot to department, department always becomes available, unless in bot configuratiion section you order to follow operators status
