Privacy checkbox.

Hello,is it possible to add a "checkbox" attribute in online/offline chat form?
In Italy the law says you have to warn your customers that you will manage their  persdonal data (including the email address) electronically and warn them about the use you will do of their data.
You must the add a checkbox to force the users to check they have Read and Understood the notice about their personal data handling.
If you (site admin) do not do that and forget to add this sort checkbox, you can be fined up to 120.000 euros (One hundred twenty thousand euros, weird and crazy, isn't it?)
So you may imagine how critical is this feature.This single (ridiculous) checkbox if forgotten, can lead to bankrupcy.
