I see how to send visitors to the contact form if there is no response from a user when the chat is first opened, however, how can we send them to the contact form after x amount of time if, after the chat has started, and after a user has responded to the visitor one or more times, the user then stops responding, leaving the visitor stranded?
I don't see how to do that with a bot or anything else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Getting to triggers configuration is notoriously hard. How do you get there? I managed to stumble upon it once, but always have a hard time finding that. There should be a menu item under Bots, seems to me.

If you are using bots I cannot help because I am just a passionate memeber who try to help in the community, the developer can be more busy than me.
If you need there is also commercial support, more info in my forum signature link.
Maybe the developer can reply to topics here but will take more time than me because he is more busy.

Okay, I hope so, thanks. I started a new topic for it.

In any case the reply to your question is answered in the link of the documentation that I indicated in a previous message.
