Telegram Issue

Hi all,
I've followed the related tutorial for installing telegram.
I've created a department that is associated to a bot in LHC and the bot works fine.
Then I've associated my bot to telegram.
If I check "This bot acts as a client" telegram answer me: You do not have any chat associated with your account!
If "This bot acts as a client" is not checked the chat is open and operators are able to write message but the bot is not called.
Could you help me please?
