I updaed the Chat to 3.94 version but the manual invitations and chat

I have not understand the purpose of these options.
Neither the popup invitation won't go nor the chat message will go to the user until they refresh the page.
manual invitations and chat messages are not going to the users unless they start a manual chat..

Please help

To show the invitation message to the visitor without the visitor having to refresh the page, you must have selected to verify operator messages when you generated the embed code for the chat. If you generated the embed code without that option, the visitor will need to refresh the page to see an invitation.
