bot - multiple levels with same options

Guy I dont understand how to make this example:

Bot:
type de correct answer:
1 - option 1
2 - option 2
3 - option 3

User:
1

Bot:
Type de next answer:
1 - option 4
2 - option 5
3 - option 6

and so on always using numeric options starting from 1. You will have multiple events matching the same numbers how do you setup a kind of context in order to let the bot know that we are requesting specific options even if there are multiple events matching de same number.

So I need multiple levels survey  for example.
