Report of real conversations with bot?

Hi,

Is it possible to filter conversations with the bot with, at least, one phrase?
Many users open bot and doesn´t interact with it. I´d like to see just the one´s they interacted with.

In this picture, fernandalemos "didn´t talk" to the bot. Is it possible to filter only conversations where people sent message(s) to the bot?

You are solving the problem from the wrong end. You should never have a chat at first place where the only action is bot action. Otherwise there is no filter for that.
