After changing database user password, system no longer opens
Hello, I'm Brazilian, I'm sending this message with the help of google translator, I apologize if there are any errors.
The problem is that I changed the password of the Live Helper Chat database user, with that I updated the password inside the settings.ini file, but it is still not opening the system. Do I need to make any more changes somewhere else?

Hi, be sure database credentials are correct.
You can try to access phpmyadmin with the stored credentials to be sure there is no errors.
What version of LHC and PHP are you using?

As I said, until I changed the password everything was working normally, after I changed the database user's password, that's when it started not accessing the system. Then I remembered to change the 'settings.ini' file with the new password for the database user. But even making this change is not working.
PHP version is: 7.4.21, but LHC version I don't remember now.

Are you sure there is not some issue with database password?
Maybe some issue with the new password.

Try to disable cache etc after changing password. https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/dev … move-chat/ after you do that login to back office and click clear cache just.

I managed to get it working again. I think it wasn't going either because I ended up deleting everything from the Cache folder hahahaha
To solve it I downloaded the files from the LHC and put the Cache folder back on my server. Thanks for the answers, you are to be congratulated for the support provided here and for the incredible system you have developed.

Yes if cache folder is deleted seems LHC get broken
