How to don't allow operator to Close chat?

I give a look at the permissions, roles, and chat configuration and i don't Know, how to hide this button of  X Close chat, or how to deny close chat to operator.

In the right mnenu of each chat, where we give informatiuon about this chat, there is one button, that closes chat opened.

Hi,

At the moment there is no separate permission to allow or not allow to close operator a chat. If he is a chat owner he always can close a chat. Although that scenario can be improved, but I never had requirement like that
