All Visitors Being Shown as Unique
Hi,
I have been having issues with my install and I think it is because I
call the Live help embed code from a generic php file called by each
page (a header file).
The error this causes is each individual visitor is shown online as being unique
instead of the same and pro active chat invites do not work.
What is the best way to solve this?

Hi,
I have seen few reports like that, but personally never could reproduce it. Could you send to my mail ftp logins, and site where embed code is located? Then i could try to debug

Ohh,
You should have posted logins to my pricate mail rem...***.com not to public forum. Please change ftp logins and send new one to my mail.Also include access to back office.

Problem was that user checked
"Use secure cookie, check this if you want to force SSL all the time" then this site was not using https at all.
And that's the main reason usually I do not do free personal support. Just was expecting to find bug, but as always there was no bug
