auto-fill of user name

if users are logged into my interface, i would like to be able to auto-fill the "Name" and "Email" fields, or just omit them completely (i could hide with CSS).
is there some way to supply this to livehelperchat via the api or some callback?

Here is your answer. You can prefill with custom generated JS.
