Use authentication for clients

Hello, I'm new using this great system. I'd would like use it in my web site or in another systems like GLPI, and I need that my clients get login before post some question.
It's that possible?

Well easiest way just
1. You genrate embed code only if user is logged

Well, my question is related to Email Authentication.

When my clients put their email addresses in the live chat; can I integrate API to directly verify email addresses? Or do I have to use Email Verification service providers?
