How to preserve chat history ?

Hi,

I am building a web using the Live Helper Chat widget, I have read in the Javascript arguments entry of the LHC documentation, that the UUID allows you to preserve the chat history. I am setting that arg with a value (an email right know) but it is not preserving the history,

Do you know if I have to set some option in the Live Helper Chat server or something like that?
