where does chat start form values will be store

Hi, I have a start chat form asking Name, Phone and email and one custom field. Where does the visitor answers will be store?
I have checked all tables (database) without any chance to find the answers

Why you want know where that info are stored?

The developer will reply if can, they can be more busy than me.
If no answer you can find useful info in my forum signature for the commercial support or even discord channel where ask in real time questions.
