How to block messages from someone?

Sometimes, I get annoyed if someone bothers me in the middle of the night. I want to block messages from them. But I don't know how to block messages on mobile. Can you help me? Thank you

welcome in the live helper chat forum.

I think you cannot block messages of a specific user: this is a live chat system not an app like WhatsApp or Telegram.
If on the night you don't wanna be disturbed you should deactivate notification or put the phone in night mode or just if you are the admin of the live chat have the live chat set to be offline.

The app notification can be managed by your device settings, outside of the live helper chat mobile app.
