my chat worked fine for few days but today having problem

Hello,

i installed chat and configured few days ago but now i am having problem with something.

i did not change anything.

error message shows on the screen:

Hi bayanaask,
the support is the place where get basic support and unfortunately I'm not a developer so I'm unable to help you with errors.

The developer is busy in the code and in the work, premium support, bug fix and feature request, improvement etc so a reply can take time and is not granted.

If you generate in some way the error by editing code or someone has done something wrong you can try to resume a backup.
Check also server error log, be sure the issue never started after some edits on the server settings.

Thanks for the reply. I could not solve the issue but its fine now after restart my server.

I really do not know where was the problem.

I'm happy to read the server restart resolved and hope you will not facing anymore this issue.
Be sure to use an updated and supported PHP version and keep always server (and his components and also software) update and secure.
