Hi,
See screen shot of the chat assignment. The first operator did not accept the chat so it was assigned to the new operator. That operator accepted the chat and is typing with the person. Then the chat auto assigned again even though the second operator accepted the chat. Is this a bug or a setting somewhere to prevent this?

In mobile app operator had to click accept at the top

Thanks for your help. When we click the accept button nothing happens. It shows the button clicking but nothing happens. Then after a while the accept button turns to a spinning icon for as long as the chat is open. Also at the bottom of the chat app it reads "you are not the owner of that chat" even though I clicked the accept button. So it looks like the accept button is not working.
I tested this on both the android app and apple app. Same issue with both apps
Are there any setting to correct this issue?
