Slow browsing

Hi all, I have trouble with the slow browsing while using the live chat helper, any idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot.

What kind of slow browsing issue are you facing?

Be more specific can help, also have you tried with a different browser if the issue is related to the surfing with a specific browser?
What version of LHC are you using?
What version of PHP?
