1. Does this issue repeats on demo.livehelperchat.com? if not that means it's your server issue. In general on demo.livehelperchat.com all works. So I ques it's your server issue with headers or your browser.

Yes you are rigth, the demo works fine.
Maybe the issue is in the .htaccess ? Regards,
