Add editable field to chat - BackOffice

Hi,

It's possible add an editable field to chat in BackOffice? My goal, it's thant this field only are editable on BackOffice.
What I need do?

Hi,

At the moment there is no sutch feature only remarks can be edited by operator in chat window.
