iPhone Browsers sound

This time I just wanna ask if the new message sound to the visitor doesn’t work in iPhone Browsers??

I hope you are well. Are you facing issue on safari browser?
I don't use Safari and I never have an iOS to test. Have you tried with a different browser?
Is Safari updated?

It works. But mobile browsers requires interaction with page first before any sound can be played.

Hi!
Last message you told me iphone browser needs interaction. Casually, I chatted to Apple Support today, asking for some info about the device. I noticed that even when I was in other apps, the new message from support makes a sound.
I’m just giving you the info, maybe it helps.
