Transfer chat - bug? Chat between operators? Message length?

Hi,
Thanks for a good chat solution! I have three questions.
Transfer chatWhen I transfer a chat between operators, the customer still see the original owner of the chat. It is not updates. For example if I transfer a chat from "test1" to "test2", the customer still sees "test1" as his operator. Might be a bug?

Chat between operatorsIs it possible to have an internal chat between operators?
Message lengthIs it possible to make the message length higher? Today it is set to 500 characters.

1. Yes about first one. I ques it's not updated then chat changes an owner, like previously we did not had this operator box i ques

3. Perhaps will make it configurable.
