Operator maximum Chats
Hello guys
I have a problem with using and changing settings of the chat functions.
When I specify maximum number of clients who can write to operator to 4 or 5 at the same time last user's chat request can not be selected to start chat.
When I specify maximum number of users to 6 it works properly.
Can you please explain to me what is a problem?

Please rewrite your question with all steps to reproduce, because now just your sentence does not make any sense to me...

Hello again
When I specify number of chats (home/system configuration/users) as 4 or 5, last chats are not allocate to any operator. when we specify as 6 it works properly.
